Janhvi Kapoor & Sara Ali Khan Going Head To Head To Star Opposite Ranveer Singh
On November 14, SpotboyE.com had told you that Rohit Shetty has been meeting Sridevi’s elder daughter, Janhvi Kapoor for a film. Considering his next project is an out-and out action extravaganza Simmba starring Ranveer Singh, we had heard that the filmmaker is considering Janhvi for the project.
However, days later, Rohit had gone on record to rubbish the rumours of casting Janhvi. But, SpotboyE.com stands by its story that the debutante is being considered for Simmba.
In fact, Janhvi is not the only one in the running for the film. We can tell you that Sara Ali Khan has also been approached.
Janhvi KapoorMeanwhile, Janhvi has begun shooting for her debut Bollywood film – Dhadak – opposite Ishaan Khatter. The venture is the Hindi remake of the Marathi blockbuster of the same name.
As for Sara Ali Khan, she is currently filming Kedarnath in Mumbai. Directed by Abhishek Kapoor, it stars Sushant Singh Rajput opposite the actress.
Sara Ali KhanJanhvi and Sara’s films will hit theatres next year and the two have already been pitted against each other. Both come from film families and goes without saying, expectations are at an all time high.
Comparisons between the two will spring up in due course – but those are inevitable.
